Sutra Hall

The Dinning Hall, and the storeroom renamed the Sutra Hall now, are symmetrical. The Sutra Hall is located on the west of the Mahaviro, facing the east. It was the place storing grain in the Tang Dynasty. The building, reconstructed over all ages, was destroyed in the flames of war in 1928. it was rebuilt on its site in 1998. The Sutra Hall is the place where the temple hosted the meeting and masters give dharma talks nowadays.
